FAQ

1) What is permanent jewelry?

Permanent jewelry is a necklace, anklet, or (more commonly) bracelet that doesn't have a typical clasp for easy removal. Instead, the ends are welded or “zapped” together — with the intention of never taking it off.

2) Does it hurt?

Not at all. It’s a simple zap of light, and you won’t feel a thing.

3) How do I get permanent jewelry?

We suggest making an appointment using the link below to guarantee you can get your permanent jewelry and not have to wait! If you choose to wait for a walk-in, we can hold your spot in line as long as you’re present, or we’d be happy to set up an appointment for later that day based on availability.

A non-refundable $25 deposit is required when booking which will be applied to your purchase.

4) I am a minor. Can I get permanent jewelry?

Anyone under 18 must have a parent or guardian present and sign our minor consent waiver. Minors must be at least 14 years old and be able to sit completely still throughout the entire process.

5) Do you host private events?

Absolutely! Bachelorettes, Girl's Night In, Birthdays, Bridal Showers, Pop-Ups, Employee Engagements, you name it. Email me the desired date, location, time, and number of participants to set up your next party.

6) Can I get an MRI with my permanent jewelry?

If you have a medical procedure done that requires you to remove your permanent jewelry, simply cut them with scissors and save it to have rewelded.

7) What if my chain breaks, or I need to remove it?

You can book a repair appointment to have your permanent jewelry rewelded for $15. Jewelry will not be provided, so you must bring your permanent jewelry to your appointment.

8) Can I go through airport security with my permanent jewelry?

Yes, TSA doesn’t require delicate jewelry to be removed when going through security.

9) How long will my permanent jewelry last?

Your permanent jewelry can last weeks, months, years, as long as you want! Keep in mind that permanent jewelry is meant for everyday wear, and it still is a delicate piece of jewelry that’s not invincible.
